• High-Strength Axle Housing: the one-piece stamped-and-welded axle housing, made from high-strength steel with precision robotic welding, enhances structural strength and load-bearing capability.

• Intelligent 4-Speed Reducer: the 4-speed reducer enables seamless shifting without torque interruption, optimizing drive efficiency across different operating conditions.

• Lightweight & Compact: an optimized architecture reduces weight by 130 kg and volume by 15%, enabling more flexible vehicle packaging and greater payload potential.

• Extended Service Life: highly integrated active lubrication system with low oil churn, extended service intervals. Hub unit with 3 years / 500,000 km maintenance-free operation and a 1,500,000 km service life, reducing maintenance requirements and downtime.

• Full-Coverage Oil Cooling: the full oil-cooling system and full-coverage oil circuit support stable power output under continuous heavy-load operation.

• Flexible PTO & Intelligent Control: An optional PTO directly driven by the traction motor, combined with intelligent shift control, adaptive torque distribution and regenerative braking, supports diverse applications and efficient energy management.
